Suitable for all lightening services, this vegan-friendly white bleaching powder contains Marine Phyto-Extracts and AC Oil Complex to protect and nourish the hair during processing.
White Elgon Bleach is formulated with:
- AC Oil Complex: a rich blend of Calendula, Sunflower, Lavender and Rosemary Oils to protect hair from stresses caused by bleaching.
- Spirulina Algae: containing naturally reinforcing and regenerating properties to strengthen and protect the hair fibre.
Mixing ratio 1: 2 with Oxi-Cream, 10°-20°-30°-40° vol.
