We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.The term 'Essential Salon Supplies Ltd’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Essential Salon Supplies Ltd, 3a Westfield Road, Manea, Cambridgeshire PE15 0LN. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Essential Salon Supplies Ltd operates exclusively as a wholesaler; we do not sell to the general public.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are a qualified or student Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist, Nail Technician, and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell.
As a business user, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using.
All products are for professional use only and are supplied on the understanding they will not be re-sold on Amazon, eBay or other re-sales sites.
Essential Salon Supplies Limited operates exclusively as a wholesaler, it does not sell directly to the General Public. It does not deal with Consumer Sales. All sales are to the Trade. By placing an order with Essential Salon Supplies Limited you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use.
All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the hairdressing or beauty trade and are for sale on a trade only basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using, and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.
Payment
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods if a credit arrangement is not agreed beforehand. Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice where a credit agreement exists. Please note, delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made, please speak to a member of our Team.

Returns Policy
Good bought online should be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. If goods are returned in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to return these to you.
Please email us at sales@ess.hair or call us on 01354 564981 to inform us of your intention to return goods and the reason for the return.
Goods must be returned to the address shown in returns section.
Please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return.
We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Faulty, Incorrect or Undelivered Goods
We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. In rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received (or where goods you expected to arrive haven't) you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery - sales@ess.hair or call us on 01354 564981.
• Please return the goods to us. Using recorded delivery and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.
• For faulty or incorrect orders that need to be returned, we will refund the original cost of delivery at our discretion.
• For faulty electrical items, please refer to the returns policy enclosed within the product packaging.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours; however, this can vary due to stock availability.
We use Parcelforce 48 hour tracked service, subject to all contact details provided are correct, you will get notifications for your delivery.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith, and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
We accept no responsibility for late, missed, or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by a courier company (Parcelforce) on our behalf.
If you are not present when Parcelforce attempts to deliver your order and you have not provided alternative instructions (e.g., leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or deliver on an alternative day), Parcelforce may deliver your order to your nearest Post office You will be notified of the Post Office location by Parcelforce if your order is redirected.
Please note that if delivery fails on several occasions or if incorrect delivery details are provided, the courier may return your order to us. If this happens, a refund will be processed for your order, minus the original carriage charge.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to territory restriction, we are unable to ship certain products outside of our given territory. This applies to products from Elgon professional, Insight professional and Kalona.

Corrections & changes
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Essential Salon Supplies Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
Prices are liable to change without prior notice. If an item, you have ordered goes out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible with an alternative or another arrangement. All prices are subject to VAT
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Cancellation Non-standard items such as furniture or Electrical items and special-order items, cannot be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
Goods that have been refused by the buyer when delivery has been attempted will be subject to a handling charge of the carriage costs plus 25% in addition to any other remedies open to the seller.
