The creamy Elgon hair bleach formula is extremely easy to mix and apply, promoting optimum adhesion and perfect results.
De-Color Cream Bleach is formulated with:
- Beeswax: to bulk out the formula, moisturise and protect the hair.
- Emollients: provide the formula with structure and softening action.
- Persulfates: boost lightening action of chosen peroxide.
Mixing ratio 1: 2 with Oxi-Cream, 10°-20°-30°-40° vol.
